Dry-fried french beans at My Old Place curbs all my cravings for Sichuan food. I can eat there all say long if slow metabolism wasn’t a problem. I have been recommending this place to everyone I know who is a fan of spicy offal and who is not afraid of meat poached in chilli oil. Heck I think I deserve free Xinjiang mutton kebabs for this Chinese whisper I have started.
